A wonderful wedding on a dinner cruise on Lake George in upstate New York! Surrounded by family and friends brought laughter, comical moments, tears of love and a fabulous evening of memories. Best of luck to the couple. Here’s to many years of happiness and love!

These rings together are a symbol that everyone in the world recognizes. Once every two years we come together as a world to compete, share talent, and to celebrate that talent. This week one of our countries was met with a huge challenge. Let us reach out and express compassion to those in need. Remember back to that opening ceremony you watched with the rest of the world, that one game you watched that took place half way around the world. Remember the one grand brotherhood we share during those games. Go today and express that same brotherhood! Go earn a Gold medal in compassion and service to someone in need!

This fall I took part in a national photo contest. We were given a week to photographic an assigned topic, then one week to vote on all the submited entries. The artists who passed the voting went on the next round. The topics included Frame within a frame, Nightmare, 80′s Pop Culture and Surprise. I enjoyed thinking outside the box and seeing what the imagination could come up with.

For one evening, the wide-open Central Field in Forest Park was aglow with over 50 balloons. An annual gift from hot air balloon enthusiasts to the public, the Balloon Glow attracted all kinds of people from the Greater Saint Louis Community. With food, games, and ample photo oppertunities, there was something for whole family on this crisp fall night in September. As the sun set behind the park’s tree line, the balloons glowed brilliantly to the thunderous applaud from viewers.

The Principia College baseball team had a swinging season and ended with a fabulous Alumni game in late May. Here are a few moments from the season and their alumni game day.

This past fall I had the wonderful opportunity of shooting a local church event. The event included music, interviews and skits of all kinds. Between the enthusiasm expressed by the performers, and the audience’s captivated attention, the facial expressions that day were priceless. The love felt in that church was indescribable. Below are just a few of my favorites and I hope that you too can witness the joy shared at the event.
